Lydia Kim

Worship & Creative Director

Born and raised in Texas, Lydia has called Global Harvest Church home since 2002. She began leading worship while attending college that same year and has faithfully served in worship ministry ever since. With more than two decades of ministry experience, she is passionate about leading people into God's presence through authentic, Christ-centered worship and helping cultivate a church that responds wholeheartedly to Him.

Since becoming the Worship & Creative Director in August 2020, Lydia has provided leadership for the church's worship, music, production, and creative ministries. She is dedicated to equipping and developing teams that serve with excellence, humility, and a genuine love for God and His people. Whether planning worship services, mentoring volunteers, or shaping the church's creative vision, her heart is to see every aspect of ministry point people to Jesus. She believes worship is more than music—it's a lifestyle of surrender that transforms lives and glorifies God.

Lydia is married to her husband, Sang, whom she met at Global Harvest Church. Together they are grateful parents to two miracle children—Jackson and Juliana. Outside of ministry, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
