Let’s do life together.

If you know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and are looking for Christian community, join a Home Group and THRIVE.

At GHC Home Groups, the focus is on spiritual growth, fellowship and accountability, sermon discussion, and prayer. While we believe in gathering together for the proclamation of the Word, for corporate worship and prayer, and for celebrating baptism and the Lord’s Supper in our Sunday meetings, we also highly encourage involvement in Home Groups. This is because Home Groups are a great place for fostering deeper relationships and growth in our Christian lives. This is where GHC Covenant and Pathway Members do life together.

The vision of our Home Groups ministry is to see a community of covenant believers (relationship) grow deeper in their love for Christ and their obedience to Him (discipleship). The Scriptures indicate that the Christian life is to be lived out in community with other believers, and within that community we are instructed to encourage one another, serve one another, rejoice and weep with one another, correct, instruct, build up, accept, and love one another. Home Groups provide a wonderful context to facilitate involvement in one another’s lives. (Hebrews 10:24-25)

How do I join a Home Group?

After completing Connect Gathering (CG), the Connections Ministry will help you find a Home Group to commit to. Home Group meetings are held at least 3 times a month. Schedule and location are dependent on the specific Home Group.

Note: For non-members joining a Home Group but not yet pursuing Covenant Membership (a.k.a. Pathway Member), you may attend for up to 6 months prior to making a Covenant Membership decision.
