John Kim

Executive Director

John was born and raised in Big D. He graduated from UT Austin with a BA in Finance and has a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary. He and his family returned back to Dallas in 2023 after spending 20 years in the Seattle area. John comes to GHC with a wide background of experiences in Commercial Real Estate, Senior Pastor, Church Planting Pastor, Associate Pastor, Teaching Pastor, Food Truck owner, and Global Outreach Pastor.

John is married to Sol, and together they have three children, Ethan, Audrey, and Emma. Emma (19) was named USA Olympic Alternate for the 2024 Paris Olympics in the sport of archery. You can see John and Sol traveling all over the world with Emma as she competes for Team USA.
