Peter grew up in Pennsylvania and spent most of his carefree childhood playing sports and eating at the cheapest AYCE buffets with his church friends. After understanding that we’re all broken without Christ, it wasn’t until a college retreat where Peter accepted Christ into his heart and later became a volunteer staff member for CRU at Lehigh University.

Although underemployed, Peter was blessed to serve as a non-paid staff member for CRU for three years. After seeking the counsel of the Lord through prayer and consultation from his spiritual mentors, Peter moved to Dallas due to a job relocation. Shortly after moving to Texas, Peter met his future wife Ellen at another local church in Dallas where they both served as bible teachers for the youth and college aged kids. As a married couple, both Peter and Ellen had a heart for those who always felt on the “outside” or even disenfranchised from the local church.

At GHC, Peter has served many years as a dedicated teacher and volunteer for the GHC Kids Ministry and also as a Home Group Leader. Peter has been part of men’s discipleship for many years seeing the power of God transforming men to turn away from their strongholds and to give it up to their Lord and Savior.

Peter has over 20 years of business development experience in the Energy industry working with privately held or publicly traded companies in Texas. Peter currently works for a company that manages commercial real estate properties. Ellen and Peter have two kids (Annabelle and Sebastian) and as a family we enjoy playing board games and eating new foods.
